Settlement of Sakinah Bibi and Shaykh Jalal al-Din with Ghulamhusayn Bayg, 1873
Shaykh Jalal al-Din and Sakinah Bibi, the son and the wife of Haji Mirza Davud known as Nizam al-‘Ulama’, on his behalf have sold some properties including a house, located in Sar-i Bagh neighborhood of Shiraz, to Haji Ghulamhusayn Bayg, the son of Fath Allah Bayg from Shiraz, for seventeen tumans after taking into account the time the property was possessed by Mirza Muhammad Husayn and his inheritors.

Shaykh Muhammad Husayn, Shaykh Muhammad Hashim, and Shaykh Zayn al-‘Abidin [Shaykh Abu Turab's brothers], as the guardians of the underage children; Shaykh Yahya on behalf of the adult children; and ‘Abd al-Riza on behalf of Shaykh Abu Turab's wife [‘Izzat Nisa’ Baygum], the daughter of Haj Mir Mu’min, settled on these divisions.

Settlement between Qamar Sultan, wife of Muhammad Hasan ‘Alaqah-band [the silk maker] from Shiraz, and Mashhadi Haji Muhammad ‘Alaqah-band from Shiraz, son of Haji Muhammad Karim (Qamar Sultan's father), over Qamar Sultan's mahr, including a Qurʼan worth one tuman, fifty tumans, seven misqals [unit of weight] of gold, one charik [unit of weight] raw green silk, one-third of a house located in Sarbagh neighborhood of Shiraz, for fifty tumans, one man [unit of weight] of Russian hard white sugar, and two thousand tumans as the cost of detriments. Hajiyah Zahra, wife of the late Haji Sayyid Riza, sells her own (one-third) and her daughter (Hajiyah Khadijah)'s share from an inherited property located in Sanjah Darvazah neighborhood in Bushihr to Aqa Mir Ahmad, son of Aqa Mir Ghaffar from Davan, in exchange for seventy tumans. Shahrbanu Baygum, the other daughter of Sayyid Riza has not sold her share.
